Key Requirements

  • •U.S. Person required to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62).
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
  • •Experience working with and presenting to technical, management, and executive-level audiences.
  • •Experience in a lab test, flight test, or similar test environment.
