Job Function: Capital Markets, Trading & Quant

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor live positions and market developments in real time. Flag risk and actionable observations to the PM.
•Support trade executions across FX, FX options, rates, swaps, and futures.
•Synthesize macro development quickly into concise, time-sensitive views.
•Collaborate with the team members on putting ideas into repeatable process.
•Over time, contribute trade ideas and research within the PM's investment framework.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience on a trading floor.
•Macro framework in at least one EM or G10 region - CB policy, rates/FX dynamics.
•Working understanding of FX (spot, forwards, options) and rates (Swaps futures), sufficient to monitor live positions and manage delta hedging independently.
•Strong motivated, and proactive communicator - flags issues in real time.
