Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor live positions and market developments in real time. Flag risk and actionable observations to the PM.
  • •Support trade executions across FX, FX options, rates, swaps, and futures.
  • •Synthesize macro development quickly into concise, time-sensitive views.
  • •Collaborate with the team members on putting ideas into repeatable process.
  • •Over time, contribute trade ideas and research within the PM's investment framework.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience on a trading floor.
  • •Macro framework in at least one EM or G10 region - CB policy, rates/FX dynamics.
  • •Working understanding of FX (spot, forwards, options) and rates (Swaps futures), sufficient to monitor live positions and manage delta hedging independently.
  • •Strong motivated, and proactive communicator - flags issues in real time.
