Key Responsibilities

•Update LAE Tracker for current positions and upload updates into internal systems
•Retrieve copies of slips, endorsements and other documents; provide to onshore teams and update system records
•Review signings in the system, ensure correct attachment, and update records as needed
•Check and load required data files, confirm successful loads, and update logs/trackers
•Maintain logs and trackers for reporting with accurate and timely updates
•Attend Quality Control sessions with Senior Handlers and support adoption of best practices
•Keep Timesheets, Thrive learning, and mandatory training up to date; complete general administrative tasks including inbox management

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of relevant experience in premium credit control
•Strong communication skills
•Attention to detail and right-first-time accuracy
•Fast learning and problem solving
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF statements
