Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within a dedicated national team on power generation engineering and power advisory projects.
  • •Lead and deliver technical outcomes for generation projects, supporting generation and new energy initiatives.
  • •Provide technical and commercial CAPEX/OPEX advisory for new build, refurbishment, operation, and asset management of power generation facilities.
  • •Monitor and manage multi-disciplinary projects using business systems and processes, ensuring engineering outcomes meet client needs, regulatory requirements, quality, and budget.
  • •Support business development, develop and maintain client relationships, and conduct site-based inspection, supervision, and reporting including during construction and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in thermal power generation (typically 7–15 years, minimum 5 years required).
  • •Bachelor’s level degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations applicable to power generation.
  • •Experience managing multiple engineering projects of varying complexity and size.
  • •Chartered engineering status and/or state-based registration qualification (RPEQ, RPEV) preferred.
