Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate, mitigate, and remediate urgent fraud incidents (e.g., ATO, card testing) using FT3-mapped detection and enriched signals.
  • •Analyze high-risk accounts to identify fraudulent merchants and fraud vectors, classifying them with FT3 to standardize threat intelligence.
  • •Lead root cause analyses for incident outcomes, using FT3 and data-driven approaches to improve systems and strategies.
  • •Streamline incident response capabilities by making tooling and processes clear, accurate, and efficient.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to build agentic solutions and communicate risks and findings with legal and policy teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of incident response experience in security, product abuse, or trust domains.
  • •3+ years analyzing large data sets to solve problems and/or build behavior-based fraud detection models.
  • •B.S. or M.S. Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • •Expert knowledge of Python and SQL; experience with log analysis and incident response investigations.
  • •Strong communication of results, with ability to think creatively and holistically about reducing risk.
