•Lead enterprise DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, and cloud operations strategy to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure platforms.
•Build and develop DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, and platform teams; foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•Modernize CI/CD pipelines, release management, environment management, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native engineering practices.
•Define and measure reliability engineering practices using SLOs, SLAs, KPIs, observability standards, disaster recovery readiness, and resilience programs.
•Embed DevSecOps with automated security controls and vulnerability management; manage technology investments, budgets, vendor relationships, and executive partnerships.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of technology leadership experience in enterprise-scale engineering, infrastructure, or operations organizations.
•8+ years leading DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, and/or Site Reliability Engineering teams.
•8+ years driving cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise-wide CI/CD adoption programs.
•7+ years designing and operating cloud-native platforms using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and container technologies.
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or CloudFormation) and leading DevSecOps, observability, reliability engineering, operational excellence, and technology resilience initiatives.

Education:Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
