Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of risk management, regulatory, or operations experience in a relevant functional area (including banking, insurance, financial services, audit, project management, public accounting, or related operations).
  • •Experience in risk management in a complex institution and/or highly matrixed environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage conflict resolution and effectively challenge and influence outcomes at all levels.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint).
