Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles by washing, cleaning the interior, and buffing the exterior as needed.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next within Carvana Inspection Centers (Lot Attendant duties).
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors to identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Take vehicle photos for customers to view vehicles in Carvana spinners (Photobooth Associate duties).
  • •Work required shifts and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
  • •Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment as required (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment).
  • •Be able to read, write, speak and understand English; hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
