Develop and execute seasonal handbag product design aligned with the conceptual direction, participating in trend, market, and material research. Lead the design workflow under the Senior Design Director, manage the end-to-end design process from concept through production, and create CADs and technical specification packages for factories and PD partners. Collaborate cross-functionally across merchandising, product development, technical design, hardware design, and print to ensure cohesion, quality, and alignment with business strategy.
