Compliance Officer

Own KYC and AML monitoring for Mintlayer’s institutional partners, fund investors, and MWS clients. Prepare and submit regulatory filings for ADGM and VARA on schedule, maintain AML/KYC and sanctions screening documentation, and manage onboarding compliance workflows. Support risk and compliance on regulatory horizon scanning, keep a compliance calendar for deadlines, and assist with staff compliance training for the relevant teams.
