Support theater-level logistics in the command’s log cell as a unit supply logisticsian. Manage supply chain and distribution activities, reconcile authorization documents with property records, and coordinate inventory actions for shortages and high-priority items. Prepare and process unit supply and property book documentation, conduct inventories, and handle requisitions, receipts, storage, issues, and shipments while tracking equipment in transit using RFID/GTN tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Work in the command’s log cell as a logistician, providing theater-level logistics support to the command’s AOR.
•Manage supply chain and distribution of supplies and materiel in and out of the AOR; reconcile authorization documents with property records and track administrative changes.
•Review theater-level property records to identify shortages and coordinate with the National Inventory Control Point for requisitions and releases/shipments of high-priority items.
•Prepare and process unit supply and property documentation, including hand receipts, lateral transfers/turn-ins, requisitions, receipts, storage, issues, and inventories.
•Prepare equipment and materiel for movement/retrograde and coordinate pack, wrap, and ship activities (STO/SO), using RFID/GTN tools when available; conduct equipment and documentation inspections.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•US citizen with an active secret security clearance.
•Experience at the Property Book level (or on a G4/J4 Staff) equivalent to an E8 or Senior Warrant Officer with extensive logistics experience.
•PBUSE certification and experience working at the Property Book level.
•Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain required special licenses/certifications; valid passport to go OCONUS.
•Strong knowledge and experience with Supply Chain Management and unit supply procedures.
