Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead modern cloud-native platform design, development, and modernization, setting architecture patterns and development frameworks across teams.
  • •Drive platform modernization: migrate workloads to cloud-native Azure services, expand Infrastructure as Code adoption, and improve reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
  • •Design and develop high-quality software, including writing clean/testable/documented code and providing technical feedback via code reviews and architecture discussions.
  • •Improve delivery through automation and DevOps improvements, including CI/CD enhancements, deployment automation, and operational resilience support.
  • •Coach and mentor engineers, raise engineering capability, establish standards, and promote secure-by-design and quality-first engineering practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience with C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core and REST APIs with distributed systems.
  • •Deep experience building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, including containerized workloads and event-driven/microservices architectures.
  • •Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering practices such as Domain-Driven Design, observability, reliability engineering, and secure software development.
  • •Demonstrable leadership experience: leading technical teams/initiatives, coaching and mentoring engineers, and driving engineering standards and best practices.
  • •Experience with Azure services and engineering delivery practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform/OpenTofu) plus Azure Container Apps and related tooling.
