Lead OnePay credit program growth across a Walmart territory covering Bentonville, AR and Memphis, TN. Partner with market and store leadership to increase applications, new accounts, and credit sales, own in-store execution of marketing and merchandising, and coach teams through field engagement. Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Financial Services field or Retail Store Management, or HS diploma/GED and 5+ years in either area.
•Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
•Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience.
•Minimum 2 years developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
•Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
