Key Responsibilities

  • •Visit customer data centers for rack mounting and troubleshooting of IT security devices.

  • •Be available for service windows 24*7 for planned and unplanned activity as required.

  • •Provide accurate reporting of tasks to the project manager and direct manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Up to 3 years of experience working with IT security devices.

  • •Understanding of information security concepts and related technology.
  • •Strong TCP/IP networking experience in large-scale organizations, with excellent communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
