Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed data analytics to identify and explain risks and P&L drivers.
  • •Create and report daily mark-to-market based P&L.
  • •Support implementation of the risk management framework including VAR and stress testing and related analysis applications.
  • •Collaborate with Trading, Sales, and Finance teams to report and analyze performance, trading risk positions, and daily/weekly Value at Risk.
  • •Support due diligence and continuous improvement/streamlining of reporting processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
  • •At least 3 years of relevant experience in physical commodity trading and risk management.
  • •Good understanding of VAR methodologies and risk measurement.
  • •Experience of programming/database languages in Python / VBA / SQL / R.
  • •Good understanding of Product Control and Risk Reporting.
