Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive new product development (NPI) with focus on package definition, assembly/manufacturing, and reliability qualification to enable transition to high-volume.
  • •Collaborate with design, test, systems, marketing, and applications teams to define and plan new projects based on customer needs.
  • •Set up and qualify products within TI manufacturing processes and flows.
  • •Drive reliability testing and interpret stress impacts; perform root-cause investigations and define fixes for assembly/qualification issues.
  • •Coordinate with global manufacturing sites and other product development functions to deliver reliable products, while communicating daily with global teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Technology, Material Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, manufacturing flows, and reliability testing (electrical, physical, mechanical, chemical interactions).
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials science, with basic understanding of electronic circuits.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-paced global team environment.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
