Partner with key AI partners to expand their Stripe capabilities and deliver co-solutioning that drives non-linear growth. Build and execute enablement plans, lead deep technical discussions with CTOs and engineering leaders, and define solution strategies to grow partner revenue. Guide partners throughout the sales process, educate Stripe’s sales team on partner solutions, and collaborate on technical content like sample code and demos using modern AI tools and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with key AI partners to build Stripe capabilities and solutions that drive business growth and non-linear growth.
•Develop and execute enablement plans for partners.
•Lead technical solution deep dives with partners on the value Stripe provides to clients.
•Engage with CTOs and technical leads to share technology roadmaps, demonstrate innovations, and define partnership solution strategy.
•Provide oversight and guidance during partners’ sales processes and educate Stripe sales teams on partner solutions; collaborate on technical content such as sample code and demos.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer) for a global software enterprise.
•Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.
•Strong executive engagement and relationship-building with key decision makers at all levels.
•Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
•Hands-on experience building with top LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and modern AI development tools (Cursor, Vercel, Replit), plus familiarity with data platforms and major cloud ecosystems (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure).
