Retail Sales Associate (Part Time, 8 hrs)

Drive and promote a retail sales culture to achieve store sales, KPIs, and profitability targets. Deliver high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor, assist customers in product selection, and resolve conflict situations. Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, pre-sale goods preparation, inventory counts, product availability, visual merchandising, and sales reporting, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
