Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and shape programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery approach in line with organisational goals.
  • •Drive alignment across functions to ensure clarity of objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes.
  • •Establish and maintain governance frameworks to support structured delivery and oversight, including internal standards and methodologies.
  • •Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management with timely escalation and resolution; support programme assurance activities and compliance requirements.
  • •Lead end-to-end programme delivery and monitor performance through defined metrics and reporting, facilitating governance forums and cross-functional workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in project management or equivalent field.
  • •Minimum 12 years’ experience delivering large, complex programmes, preferably with financial institutions project experience.
  • •Proven track record managing multi-workstream initiatives and senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • •Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) are advantageous.
