Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit and diagnose Lean and Agile maturity at both team and engineering organization levels.
  • •Structure a Lean & Agile transformation plan covering engineering growth needs for SRA.
  • •Deploy the transformation: advise on Lean practices to optimize delivery, improve team efficiency, and increase autonomy.
  • •Facilitate workshops and collective intelligence sessions, and support teams in adopting changes through coaching and training.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing initiatives around communities, knowledge sharing, and capitalizing on know-how.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (BAC +5) and several years of experience in an engineering environment.
  • •Several years of coaching experience in Lean & Agile.
  • •Strong knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping and related tools.
  • •Ability to pilot a multidisciplinary team and support major organizational change.
  • •Ability to share and collaborate across different disciplines and stakeholders (project management knowledge is a plus).
