Lead business data architecture and align data products to enable AI-ready, governed data foundations. Act as an interface between line-of-business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and platform teams to rationalize legacy reporting, design scalable data models, and support cloud migration. •Lead current-to-target business data architecture strategy, including blueprints, domain-based data models, and cross-domain lineage/flow designs.
•Rationalize legacy BI/reporting ecosystems and partner with business data product teams to maintain consistent architecture alignment.
•Define and enforce AI-ready data foundation standards for data quality, lineage, certification, and governance.
•Provide portfolio alignment and intake governance to ensure initiatives match long-term target state and avoid fragmentation.
•Support value realization by defining success metrics, enabling change management/adoption, and mentoring analytics practitioners, including cloud-migration collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, decision science, or analytics within banking or financial services.
•Experience designing business data models, data architectures, and scalable data solutions across enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of modern data platforms (e.g., cloud data warehouses, distributed processing) and data product concepts.
•Proficiency with tools such as IBM DB2, Oracle, SAS, SQL, Toad; exposure to R, Python, SAS Viya; and familiarity with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
