Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project oversight and guidance to Decision Scientists and support the Decision Science Manager to execute business group objectives.
  • •Lead business data architecture strategy, including target-state blueprints, domain-based models, ownership structures, and cross-domain lineage designs.
  • •Drive data product alignment and rationalize legacy BI/reporting ecosystems to enable consolidation and migration to scalable platforms.
  • •Define and enforce AI-ready data standards (quality, lineage, certification, governance) and enable scalable analytics and automation.
  • •Serve as an interface between stakeholders and enterprise teams; mentor analytics practitioners and track value realization using success metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, decision science, or analytics within banking or financial services.
  • •Experience designing business data models, data architectures, and scalable data solutions across enterprise environments.
  • •Strong understanding of modern data platforms and data product concepts.
  • •Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align business and technology priorities.
