Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure supply continuity by following up on orders, verifying delivery, approving payment, and maintaining records per purchasing processes.
  • •Drive timely shipment/delivery of parts from suppliers to Applied factories, including resolution of shipment/receiving and billing issues.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers on demand/supply planning and execute pull-ins/push-outs to meet MRP demand.
  • •Manage inventory and drive E&Z reduction efforts.
  • •Negotiate and execute purchase and RFQ activities to achieve the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and urgency; resolve supply issues with key stakeholders.
