Drive the long-term strategic direction and commercial growth of a leading B2B exhibition, ensuring strong exhibition sales, sponsorship, visitor marketing, and conference/content development. Own full accountability for commercial and operational performance, including revenue, expenditure, and operating profit targets. Lead budget and quarterly forecasting, set positioning and market strategy, and partner with government stakeholders and internal teams across Tahaluf and Informa Markets while leading and developing your team.
