Key Responsibilities

  • •Install telematics systems and devices on vehicles, construction equipment, heavy equipment, and customer assets.
  • •Operate machinery at times during installation for testing purposes.
  • •Remove and replace ignition systems (without custom keypad/controller) and integrate communication between keypad and telematics systems.
  • •Work through basic to complex installation scenarios, including custom wiring harnesses when accessing the CAN network.
  • •Travel to client sites and EquipmentShare rental yards to complete installation cases and occasionally work outside business hours and weekends as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (trade school certificate preferred).
  • •Mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools; good with your hands.
  • •Experience in a related field (e.g., electrician, HVAC tech, car audio installer); telematics experience not required (training provided).
  • •Own tools, be able to pass a background check and a 10-panel drug screen, and maintain a clean driving record.
  • •Travel up to a 250-mile radius for up to a week at a time and be able to drive, maneuver in tight spaces, and lift 25+ lb.
