Key Responsibilities

  • •Send RFQ enquiries to suppliers, follow up on initial offers, and negotiate to final deals.
  • •Receive and review daily purchase requests from projects and subsidiary business units.
  • •Ensure supplier rates match approved standard rates and submit quotations for management and project approval before LPO.
  • •Ensure suppliers deliver requested equipment/materials on agreed dates and maintain complete supplier documentation.
  • •Lead savings and operating cash-flow programs in assigned categories and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant procurement experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of best-in-class purchasing capabilities and credibility across purchasing areas.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • •Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills as a requirement.
