  • •Deploy and ensure OPEX standards (e.g., CMA, OEDP, Lean 1.0) and sustain enterprise excellence culture.
  • •Coordinate, coach, and track RIES/VSA activities.
  • •Support plant strategic planning and maintain department KPI assurance.
  • •Provide OPEX training, track MCR transformation plans and card updates, and implement improvement initiatives (opportunity circles/7 wastes).
  • •Conduct Lean Tech evaluations and 5’s audits, analyze problem solutions (BPS, JDI), and report department metrics.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields such as Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical.

  • •Proficiency with MS Office.
