Senior Payroll Accountant

Execute day-to-day and month-end accounting for global payroll, including payroll journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance/flux analysis. Handle payroll accounting across multiple international jurisdictions with emphasis on equity compensation programs (RSUs, stock options, ESPP) and reconciliation to the general ledger. Partner with payroll operations, support audits (statutory, external, and SOX), and improve processes through cloud systems and AI/automation initiatives.
