Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, coach, develop, lead, and motivate the branch team to deliver excellent client service
  • •Engage in outside calling to small business clients and build centers of influence to identify referrals
  • •Grow the business through retention, expansion, and acquisition and lead the team to achieve activity and outcome expectations
  • •Manage recruiting, staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and training for direct reports and ensure appropriate coverage across branches as needed
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls and complete branch operational tasks on time

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales capacity with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations
  • •General understanding of financial statements and concepts
  • •Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports
