Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Business Central environment as the primary expert for functional requirements and understand customizations powering Rx-grade cosmetic products and digital marketplace.
  • •Collaborate with departments to analyze and document requirements across OMS, WMS, P2P, and O2C; translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • •Build, mentor, and lead an in-house team of developers to create enhancements improving the user journey from online dermatologist consultation to personalized treatment plans.
  • •Oversee seamless integrations with web/app platforms, courier partners, and banks to maintain a world-class e-commerce experience.
  • •Drive ongoing maintenance and improvement of Business Central and stay updated on the latest D365 features; provide user support and training to internal users.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,200,000 - 1,700,000 annually
