Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Use our technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models.
•Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment, using independent judgment.
•Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner daily.
•Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed and support pick-up/delivery of equipment and parts as required.
•Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred) and travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required; maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner.

•Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.

•Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
•High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred.
