Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify culturally relevant talent, influencer, and event opportunities aligned to commercial priorities and business objectives; bring forward innovative ideas to drive engagement and recruitment.
  • •Research and present relevant talent across activations, provide casting recommendations, and manage regional talent and event dressing including requests, product, logistics, and communication.
  • •Assist with coordination and delivery of agreed regional events and activations, from event materials and guest lists through production, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • •Support approvals and stakeholder management across Global teams and build relationships with EMEIA markets, Central teams, Retail, and external partners.
  • •Oversee regional sample tracking and inventory and coordinate reporting, budget monitoring, and invoicing/PO processing with Marketing Assistants, Finance, and Global teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to manage projects independently with strong ownership and accountability.
  • •Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience working with external talent is essential, including talent/influencer and agent communication.
  • •Experience within a similar luxury or agency environment.
  • •Events experience and a commercially minded understanding of how marketing supports business objectives.
