  • •At least 7 years of legal experience with a reputable law firm, in-house with an energy company, or a combination of both.

  • •Strong experience with FERC regulatory matters, including certificate, rate, and tariff matters.
  • •Ability to negotiate, draft, and implement long-term transportation and storage agreements and other commercial agreements.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to collaborate with attorneys and colleagues across Kinder Morgan offices and business segments.
