Job Summary

Lead a global Investment Solutions, Data & Automation team supporting alternatives investment platforms and operational data capabilities. Define and implement a global operating and support model with service standards, SLAs/OLAs, incident response, and escalation across regions. Own end-to-end run operations for the alternatives investment systems estate, driving incident/problem management, governance, change control, and backlog lifecycle. Partner to improve data quality, lineage, reconciliations, controls reporting, and deliver automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Stand up and lead a global, transversal Investment Solutions, Data & Automation team across investment platforms, operational data capabilities, and automation.
•Define and implement the global operating and support model, including tiered support, escalation paths, and hand-offs across regions and centers of excellence.
•Establish service standards across regions and alternatives capabilities, including service catalog, SLAs/OLAs, incident response expectations, and communication routines.
•Own end-to-end run for the alternatives investment systems estate, covering BAU support, incident/problem management, environment governance, change control, enhancements, backlog management, and lifecycle/obsolescence management.
•Strengthen data quality, lineage, reconciliations, and control reporting; identify automation opportunities; and manage strategic vendor relationships for platforms and data providers.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience leading investment operations platform support and change in asset management/alternatives (run + change ownership).
•Proven track record designing and operating global service management capabilities (incident/problem/change/governance), including SLAs, controls, and audit evidence.
•Strong stakeholder leadership across Operations, Technology, Risk/Compliance, and vendors, with ability to influence senior audiences.
•Hands-on understanding of data operating models (data quality, lineage, reconciliations, controls, MI/KPIs) and delivering automation at scale.
•Experience managing third-party providers and exposure to alternatives products/operating models.
