Job Summary

Procure for Thales Meudon by leading the procurement of real estate projects and related services, steering category strategy, managing RFPs and contracts, and coordinating with Group Directors and site management to ensure cost-effective, timely project delivery in a global context. You’ll drive supplier selection, budget tracking, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the development and implementation of the Category Purchasing Strategy for Projets Immobiliers after capturing prescribers’ needs to deliver the best functional, economic and calendar response.
•Lead tender and supplier selection phases, up to contract finalization in collaboration with the Legal Department.
•Maintain close interfaces with various Directorates and sites to ensure alignment and governance.
•Consolidate budgets and regularly monitor key performance indicators and reporting.
•Establish frame agreements on sub-market segments and actively drive continuous improvement of procurement practices.

Key Requirements

•Master level degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in purchasing, and a strong track record (approx. 10 years) in project purchasing and/or real estate-related procurement.
•Experience in international activities and fluent English (oral and written).
•Successful leadership of procurement projects from strategy definition to deployment and contract finalization.
•Knowledge of immobilier (real estate) project management, MOA responsibilities, and cross-functional coordination with stakeholders.
•Dynamic, relational, rigorous, autonomous and service-oriented with a team spirit.
