Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the administration of global insurance programs across various coverages including property, casualty, workers’ compensation, liability, cargo, EPL, and cyber
  • •Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to manage underwriting data, renewal submissions, and compliance reviews for COIs and contracts
  • •Assist with claims intake, reporting, and coordination with adjusters and carriers, while tracking status, payments, and reserves
  • •Maintain and analyze risk-related data including schedules of values (SOVs), COPE data, and insurance spend to develop reports and dashboards
  • •Contribute to budgeting and actuarial analysis for insurance renewals and accruals

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of progressive experience in insurance, claims, risk management, or a related discipline (insurance carrier or broker)
  • •Experience supporting insurance renewals, underwriting submissions, and managing Certificates of Insurance
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Risk Management, Insurance, Math, or Economics/Business
  • •Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or Associate in Claims (AIC) a plus
  • •Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
