Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement and manage M365 services in accordance with global and SPE security policy requirements; govern, risk and compliance (GRC) of the M365 platform.
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve M365 platform issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • •Lead outages management, perform root cause analysis and remediate issues within SLA.
  • •Develop and maintain documentation for M365 configurations, processes and best practices; stay current with M365 updates and features.
  • •Collaborate with IT and business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions; provide user training and technical support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 8+ years IT experience with a major systems/vendor; 5+ years with M365 Cloud environment; 3+ years with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange and ProofPoint; 3+ years with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Power Platform; 3+ years with MDM (InTune).
  • •2+ years of experience with Graph API and Terraform.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform product suites, identity and federation services and cloud security.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with teams, clients and other IT areas; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • •Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
