•Use an AI-first approach to improve workflows by automating processes, enhancing personalization, and accelerating experimentation.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
•Evaluate marketing technologies, vendors, and AI capabilities, recommending improvements to campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
•Support performance marketing delivery by ensuring the stack enables reliable execution, measurement, optimization, and ongoing campaign-operations improvements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, growth marketing, or performance marketing in a fast-growing technology company.
•Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems including customer data platforms, marketing automation platforms, advertising platforms, and measurement solutions.
•Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including building, measuring, and optimizing campaigns.
•Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, and demonstrate impact.
•Ability to balance technical detail with business outcomes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
