Job Summary

Oversee and direct Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs at the Baton Rouge UOP site, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards. Lead the development and implementation of HSE strategies, manage risk reduction, and drive contractor safety programs. Provide oversight for HSE performance, audits, escalations, and issue resolution, and validate execution effectiveness through site reviews and governance audits.

•Oversee wastewater, stormwater, and sanitary sewer compliance activities, including sampling and reporting to ensure NPDES permit compliance.
•Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies to ensure a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
•Drive contractor safety programs, including ISN oversight and field audits.
•Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring activities, including hearing and respirator programs.
•Provide HSE performance oversight, risk management, escalation/issue resolution, and validate effectiveness through event verification and governance audits.
