Job Summary

Oversee and enhance the Allianz Partners procurement process, ensuring efficient, compliant operations and high user satisfaction within the ARIBA system. Resolve user issues promptly, provide guidance and best practices to procurement stakeholders, and enable providers in the ARIBA ecosystem. Drive supplier onboarding, contract storage accuracy, and governance alignment with finance, legal, and compliance teams while monitoring and reporting Ariba performance to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and enhance the AzP procurement process to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with procurement standards.
•Lead and manage procurement operations within the ARIBA system to drive operational excellence and user satisfaction.
•Oversee supplier onboarding and contract storage, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
•Provide clear guidelines and best practices for Allianz Partner staff to enable efficient procurement processing and issue resolution.
•Monitor and report on Ariba performance, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting continuous process refinement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•5+ years of experience in procurement operations, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
•Hands-on experience managing procurement systems such as ARIBA.
•Proficiency in procurement software (ARIBA, SAP or similar) and Microsoft Excel, plus data analytics tools.
•Strong understanding of procurement policies, regulations, and governance frameworks.
