Job Summary

Analyze and improve healthcare operations by designing dashboards and reports to track KPIs across telemedicine consultations, patient engagement, service utilization, and clinical outcomes. Work with EMR, scheduling, pharmacy, and lab datasets to uncover trends and build predictive models for demand and bottlenecks. Partner with clinical, operations, product, and finance teams to drive data-driven process improvements and support strategic planning using SQL, Python, and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track KPIs across telemedicine, patient engagement, utilization, and clinical outcomes.
•Analyze healthcare datasets from EMR, scheduling, pharmacy, and laboratory systems to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
•Build predictive models to anticipate patient demand, resource needs, and operational bottlenecks.
•Conduct deep-dive analyses of operational workflows (onboarding, scheduling, fulfillment, lab processing) to identify inefficiencies and improve service delivery.
•Support strategy by providing data analysis and market/operational insights, including revenue trend and cost optimization analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
•3+ years of experience in operational analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
•Advanced SQL proficiency (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for complex querying, joins, aggregations, and query optimization.
•Strong Python skills for data analysis and automation (Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization libraries).
•Experience with BI and visualization tools (Apache Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) plus Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with A/B testing and Apache Airflow is preferred.
