Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with AI agents and tools to build, test, and deploy native mobile software across the SDLC with proper contextual inputs.
  • •Develop and implement unit and system tests for integral code paths while following secure coding practices.
  • •Troubleshoot and enhance existing and new mobile app features and system structures, including working confidently with backend APIs and error handling.
  • •Use observability tools (crash reporting, logs, metrics, dashboards) to monitor app health, diagnose issues, and validate production changes.
  • •Participate in design and development discussions, provide technical input for estimates, and contribute to code reviews and documentation of best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4 years of related experience (or equivalent combinations such as master’s/2 years, PhD/up to 1 year, or 16 years total).
  • •Demonstrated native mobile development experience using Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) and/or iOS (Swift, SwiftUI).
  • •Strong understanding of mobile integrations including REST APIs, backend services (e.g., Java/Spring Boot), authentication patterns, and relational data models.
  • •Advanced AI-augmented mindset with experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) across the SDLC and knowing when to use them appropriately.
  • •Fluency with Git workflows and observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards) with tools such as New Relic.
