Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the pre-award grant administration process for grant opportunities, including research, application preparation, internal approvals, and award acceptance preparation.
  • •Coordinate proposal development by setting timelines, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring all application components are completed on schedule.
  • •Administer awarded grants from acceptance through closeout by reviewing agreements, maintaining grant files, tracking deliverables, and managing amendments and budget revisions.
  • •Prepare and submit interim, annual, and final grant reports by collecting programmatic and financial data, compiling narratives and financials, and meeting deadlines.
  • •Maintain grant management systems and audit-ready documentation, serving as the central point of contact across departments and responding to funder requests, monitoring visits, and compliance reviews.

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of progressively responsible experience in grant administration or nonprofit grant management, including both pre-award and post-award administration.
  • •Experience administering federal, state, county, foundation, and corporate grants.
  • •Experience coordinating multi-department grant processes and managing grant compliance, reporting, and financial monitoring.
  • •Grant Professional Certification (GPC) or a Grant Management Certificate is preferred.
