Own the architecture, governance, strategic roadmap, and operational support for the GTM, CX, and platform application ecosystem. Lead a newly formed Applications & Integrations team by combining hands-on Salesforce application administration with integration architecture and delivery. Establish governance and application lifecycle processes aligned to SOX/ITGC, design scalable integration patterns using iPaaS tools like Tray.io and Workato, and ensure stable, secure, audit-ready systems through documentation, change management, and escalation support.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and execute governance and Application Lifecycle processes for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications, maintaining SOX/ITGC compliance and operational health.
•Own net-new integration project lifecycle end-to-end, designing, developing, and deploying scalable, consistent integration patterns.
•Serve as a stakeholder for sign-off on data models and data flows, aligning with DAGE, Salesforce Architecture, and Delivery.
•Administer Tray.io iPaaS and lead scalable automation delivery across the ecosystem.
•Lead documentation and change management for integrations/applications and manage day-to-day escalation support in partnership with Support Specialists.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 113,000 - 179,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of application administration in mid-to-large scale environments (supporting 500+ users) across interconnected tool networks.
•Hands-on experience integrating platforms with Salesforce using Connected Apps, OAuth, and REST/SOAP APIs.
•Experience implementing change management and data governance frameworks with audit expectations and SOX/ITGC compliance.
•Practical experience configuring and using integration middleware such as Workato, Mulesoft, or Tray.io.
•Ability to guide complex, cross-functional technical projects with shifting priorities, and communicate technical details to non-technical partners.
