Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and A/C equipment and preparing the space.
  • •Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
  • •Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
  • •Ensure compliance with local building codes and follow OSHA Electrical and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards.
  • •Provide a standout customer experience, catch quality issues early, and maintain organized vehicles and inventory while collaborating with installers and engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid hands-on residential HVAC install experience in attics/crawlspaces and physically demanding conditions.
  • •HVACR licence (required) and EPA Section 608 Certification (required or actively in progress).
  • •Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics, and a working knowledge of local building codes for compliance.
  • •Strong refrigerant handling skills, including recovery, evacuation, and proper charging.
  • •Follow OSHA Electrical Standard and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), with a high quality standard and clear communication.
