Helps manage the end-to-end training experience for Datatonic Academy, acting as the primary contact for customers and partners, coordinating scoping calls, proposals, and delivery logistics across AMER and EMEA, while supporting billing, process improvements, and post-delivery follow-ups during a 12-month maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner & Customer Relationship Management: Organise and facilitate training scoping calls with primarily AMER customers (but also EMEA) to understand their learning objectives and co-create tailored training proposals with internal and external teams; act as main point of contact for in-house trainers and contractors; nurture long-term customer relationships with post-delivery follow-ups.
•Customer Experience & Delivery Operations: Manage end-to-end training logistics including calendar invites, virtual classrooms, and trainer schedules; gather and share class feedback to elevate the customer experience; support day-to-day delivery ecosystem in AMER and EMEA.
•Business Enablement: Compile data for Finance month-end billing; identify process inefficiencies in customer journey or onboarding and propose improvements; contribute to shaping future training business and client satisfaction strategies in AMER and EMEA.
•Billing & Data: Prepare data for month-end invoicing to ensure accuracy.
•Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with AMER/EMEA teams and external Google Cloud account teams to align on learning objectives and delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 70,000 - 80,000 annually
