Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies and handle policy changes.
  • •Deepen product and carrier knowledge to match customers with the right insurance coverage.
  • •Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and the coverage they need.
  • •Process service requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
