Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and adapt seasonal and commercial Visual Merchandising strategies, guidelines, and best practices for the market.
  • •Drive and monitor VM execution of strategies, campaigns, and store standards through store visits, coaching, and remote support.
  • •Support implementation, testing, and rollout of new VM concepts, store formats, and merchandising initiatives within France.
  • •Lead execution of commercial campaigns, window displays, and in-store activations across France to ensure consistency and customer engagement.
  • •Manage VM training/coaching, team goals and progress, and monthly budget reviews for Trade and VM costs in close collaboration with Finance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of retail experience in Visual Merchandising (VM).
  • •Managerial experience managing at least 3 people.
  • •Experience in jewellery and/or fashion apparel within high-profile premium retail brands.
  • •Strong product styling ability with focus on commerciality and excellence in store execution.
  • •Experience developing and adapting comprehensive VM guidelines and international experience in a global organization.
