Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate as a central interface to Finance Operations, main and secondary accounting teams, and external service providers in Frankfurt.
  • •Analyze payment flows, build reliable data models, and produce ad-hoc analyses and recurring reports with an emphasis on Excel.
  • •Support complex payment cases, misbookings, and account reconciliations during monthly and quarterly closing to ensure correct booking and payment processes.
  • •Contribute to optimizing and digitizing (collections) processes and bring ideas to improve workflows.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to support smooth operations and reporting across Finance interfaces.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed a degree (e.g., business administration/economics) or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training or experience.
  • •First professional experience in (digital) collections/debt management, inkasso/collections, accounts receivable/secondary accounting, or a similar interface role.
  • •Strong accounting foundation including account reconciliations and payment transactions, with good understanding of operations and finance processes.
  • •Very strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleansing) and strong IT affinity for modern software environments.
  • •Fluent German and good English; analytical, structured working style with clear communication skills.
