  • •Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications with business teams and product owners.
  • •Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution reviews to recommend process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Support and enhance eCommerce platforms by analyzing and resolving issues and ensuring optimal performance.
  • •Coordinate solution design and integrations with ERP/CRM/PIM and systems such as payment gateways, OMS, tax, and logistics; support testing and deployment.
  • •Lead or support end-to-end project implementations and enhancements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT coordination, and progress/risk tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
  • •3+ years of experience supporting eCommerce platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes including catalog, pricing/promotions, checkout, payment processing, order management, and customer account management.
  • •Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
