Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out daily electrical maintenance and routine preventive electrical maintenance according to schedule and ACWA NOMAC procedures.
  • •Monitor equipment condition, report non-conformances, respond to electrical failures, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair/ test circuit or wiring faults, diagnose malfunction causes in operational equipment, and validate cable/connection capacity voltages.
  • •Read and apply technical manuals and wiring diagrams for maintenance and troubleshooting; align, adjust, calibrate equipment and maintain repair/calibration/test records.
  • •Update maintenance logbooks, manage spare-part stock levels, support continuous improvement initiatives, and comply with HSE and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical certificate/Associate's Diploma in Electrical Maintenance.
  • •2–5 years of electrical maintenance experience as a technician/supervisor in plant installations, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of testing and commissioning of BESS, HV, and MV systems.
  • •Experience conducting at least one outage for critical electrical equipment.
